KONDITAGET LÜDERS - CPH's urban space

KONDITAGET LÜDERS - CPH's urban space

Konditaget Lüders is Nordhavn's new urban spaces with facilities for activities like training, hang-out, parking lot and playground. The facilities are located on the roof of multi-storey Lüders located in Helsinki Street in Århusgade neighborhood. The dual function as urban space and parking lot breaks the traditional, mono-functional parking garages and it is first of its kind here in Denmark. This kind of spaces are great kick-starters to generate life and new experiences in the Nordhavn district. The Kondi roof is available to the public 24 hours.

So what can you do at the Kondi roof? Well, if you are a big fan of outdoor activities this is the place for you! But actually you do not have to be a sports master to get something out of the roof! I can guarantee you! Up at the 8th floor level, you have an amazing view with port air in your lungs and a nice view for your eyes. So It should also be a place where you can just sit and enjoy the sights of Copenhagen without getting your heart rate up!

The facility has its beginning at the stairs on two of the parking garage, from which users can move up to the roof. Here you find the city's best stair workout! Yeah, that is right! The stairs have a dual function as the addition staircase can also be used as a running route even with a stopwatch function in the 24-meter ascent to help you control your running speed. The p-house's perfect stairs also includes the number of steps, height meter and floor number. Running stairs is an effective and popular exercise that may be difficult to find anywhere else in the city, so this space offers you an alternative solution for that.

Besides, different types of substrates, racks and benches are placed in activity zones that make it possible to create varied training and provides space to chill and hang out with your friends and family.  It may sound fanciful but it is reality a nice place to hang out and do outdoor activities!

On the P-house roof,  activities like running, crossgym, TRX training, Box jumps, climbing Spiral ,Panna football among few other outdoors activities are also an option. The main focus was to create an exercise facility for strength training with own body weight, running and fitness street for the adults as well as climbing and jumping fun for the kids.

Children can also look forward to a five-meter high spiral climbing tower and a trampoline-zone.  There is even room to roll the ball on a so-called "panna bane" for a kind of mini soccer field surrounded by low gangs.

Even though the area is located at a huge construction site at the moment, it is indeed worth a visit. I promise you that once you reach the roof top, it will be totally worth it!

Xoxo,

Noe
