Creative food for kids

Creative food for kids

I love pushing myself towards using creativity on my daily life routine and when you have kids, that suddenly becomes a must. Believe me! Specially when you are trying to motivate or interest them into doing something you would like them to do. So, creativity gives us possibility of some sort of achievement, makes life more fun and more interesting!

So, I decided to make food art as a way to educate my kids about slow food consumption. A way to teach them how to appreciate food but also that eating can be both fun and creative.

My daughter Khloé had always been a bit fussy when it comes to food. So, it had been challenging sometimes to get her to eat a balanced meal which include vegetables and fruits.

This was the alternative way that I have chosen to ensure she eats enough fruits and vegetables by changing her eating environment into a more fun experience. This is also a conversation starter, allowing her to use her imagination more often.

Kids should be allowed to dream and use their imagination without boundaries! This way we can ensure that they got the essential features for becoming a creative soul.

I hope that you can get inspired from my work shown at the picture gallery above.

That was it for now!
